The BEST pub in Boston. Great menu and selection of beers. Super clean inside and friendly staff. You can watch the game there but its not a "sports bar", which makes it actually more enjoyable since it never gets loud or rowdy. It's a true neighborhood spot with tradition and a fun annual 5k race in the fall. Best steak tips in Boston too 🔥🔥

Stopped in on a Thursday evening around 6:30pm. Was bustling. After a quick wait of maybe 10 minutes we were asked if a high top table would be ok for our party of 3. We then were seated on second floor. Our server Trent was fabulous! Alert, efficient and friendly. We ordered Clam Chowder which was chock full of clams and soft potatoes. Chicken Pot Pie, Kelli O'Brien pizza which had Fried Eggplant and Ricotta..absolutely delicious!! Cecilia's Chop Salad with grilled chicken. Also, Calamari for an appetizer. All was HOT and Fresh! Such a great first experience here. Parking is typical city style, with on street parking. But even while busy didn't take long to find a spot and a quick walk to restaurant. Will definitely go back and try some other awesome eats!

I was very happy they were able to offer me a gluten free menu and accommodate my dietary restrictions.I have a burger and My friends had a large salad and seafood dish. My friends and I enjoyed our meals and drinks were very good as well.

F This place! Everything is on point! How?! My wife and I have been going here for the last 7 years, and I have personally tried EVERYTHING on the menu. Instead of doing the 20 min dance of “What should we eat for dinner” we just ask “Pub?” If you’re not going for the food, then you’re going for the Pub. Everyone is so welcoming and the place just feels warm & inviting. You will leave happier than when you walked in. Starter: Irish Nachos or Mozzarella Moons Salad: Brody & Benny or Proper Cobb Burger: Cherry bomb or Montreal Pizza: Amy’s Roni or BBQ Ranch Irish classics: All of them! I really could keep going on, but do yourself a favor and stop reading this and go become a patron. By the third time of trying something different, you too will think “F this place! Why is everything so good?”

This traditional yet contemporary Irish gastropub is absolutely my kind of place. Despite the lack of sunlight, the dark wood beams and the painted black furniture, the room feels warm and cozy in all the right ways. The folks working here are incredibly friendly and speak to you like they've known you forever. I only sat at the bar and had a few beers and the pretzels while I waited to pick up my daughter from dance class a block away, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and absolutely will be going back for a proper meal. The pretzels were great and the menu is fantastic. Can't wait to return!

They don’t do reservations so plan for this. My only knock would be the price of the Guinness but thats literally every bar down here. I have never had a bad meal here. I brought my parents last year and my dad would not stop talking about the Shepherd’s Pie. 2-3 months later he still mentioned it so naturally I had to try it. Wait a minute before diving into it or it’ll burn your mouth. But man was it good. My dad wasn’t wrong. I’ve had it the last three times that I’ve gone. The steak tips are also great. The beef stew has been great. The salmon was great. And the drinks have been good. Only thing I can’t speak to is the pizza. I’ve never had that. But I bet it’s amazing.

We ordered 3 meals on DoorDash and the driver forgot the calzone. I ordered it again because we really wanted it and we ended up getting two - Paddy's sent the one that was forgotten and a freshly made one! We also got the beef stew and chicken broccoli & pasta. Everything was delicious! Amazing food and even more amazing service. We'll definitely be going in person to try more dishes!

The food here is hearty and delicious. The pours here of beer are fantastic. The bartenders are so kind and accommodating. The wait staff is also really attentive. The food portions are HUGE. So I suggest splitting an entire and sharing an app. This is definitely a place to keep going back to.

Atmosphere A+! Really beautiful, cozy, unique place that is well designed to be quiet. The ceiling has acoustic panels hidden which makes for such a nice dinning experience. The staff was top notch, on top of everything and super professional. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. We got the steak tips which were cooked perfectly and enough to take a few home. Chicken pot pie is hearty and comes in a fresh loaf of fluffy bread. Very much enjoyed my martini with a lemon twist....I would have zero complaints except for when I got the bill. The lemon twist is $3 extra?? 🤔 I have never seen a lemon peal be an extra charge. Was it a mistake? I didn't ask. We were so pleased with everything, but that is kind of silly. I don't know if garnishes are extra. I'll just get the martini plain next time. Overall this is a wonderful place 👍🏼
